30-Day Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (cooling-off period). The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lifehub15@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
